Beginners
to trail running are welcome
Runs are 1-2 hours in length at
a pace that suits everyone
Runners
are responsible for their own water and food, and a light on early spring and
late fall
Trail shoes are highly
recommended
Runs are social, but runners
should be able to cover 10-15km comfortably
Runners are expected to accept
the risks involved when training in an outdoor setting (i.e.:
Injury or trail
navigation)
