KNOX MOUNTAIN - Bottom of Knox Mountain above Tennis Courts
DILWORTH – Fresh Air Experience Rear Parking Lot
GLENMOREBallou Road across from Brandt’s Creek Pub
CRAWFORD – End of Stewart Rd East.
Drive in to parking lot
GREENWAY - Parking lot at Mission Creek Bridge off Hollywood  Road
MYRA CANYON - End of June Springs Road...carpool or run up to trail head (1k)
WILDHORSE CANYON - End of Lakeshore Road 1 mile past
Boulder trail parking lot
BOULDER TRAIL - Parking lot just past end of pavement on Lakeshore Road

Notes

Beginners to trail running are welcome
Runs are 1-2 hours in length at a pace that suits everyone
Runners are responsible for their own water and food, and a light on early spring and late fall
Trail shoes are highly recommended
Runs are social, but runners should be able to cover 10-15km comfortably
Runners are expected to accept the risks involved when training in an outdoor setting (i.e.: Injury or trail navigation)
